Install Scheduling Coordinator

　　Job Level: Entry-Level

　　Location: Orem, UT

　　Shift: Full-Time or Part-Time

　　Compensation: $14 to 16/hour (DOE)

　　Position Summary:

　　The Install Scheduling team provides best-in-class training and a continuous improvement culture where bright people from varied backgrounds help maintain high-quality solar installations, while pushing and optimizing for quantity. The quality of your work directly impacts the efficiency and culture of the corporate office and the field. 　　Essential Duties:

　　Review jobs and send feedback to the installation crew or approving the job

　　Complete all pre-install audits and schedule all midpoint inspections

　　Always have a plan of action for every account to be complete in your region

　　Take an average of 10-15 inbound phone calls daily

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Learn quickly and assimilate knowledge to improve the way we approach work

　　Strong communication skills

　　High attention to detail

　　Scheduling or customer service experience preferred
