　　You will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to win and retain customers' business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with just the right parts and/or solutions - especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You will also, on occasion, have the ability to utilize your mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or troublesome processes.

　　REQUIREMENTSOur Customer Service Representatives are self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. They have strong prioritization and multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and take pride in their verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.

　　Specific qualifications for the role include:6 months of customer service experience preferredDesire to increase knowledge in industrial distribution productsExcellent telephone skillsAbility and desire to learn new systems and processes quicklyEnjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engineHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not requiredSome knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required
