Position Summary
As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our B2C sales motion and team, ensuring YoY growth, hiring and developing Inside Sales professionals and reporting on financial results and forecast on a monthly basis. You will act as a player/coach, where you will close sales as per your individual quota as well. Inside Sales is a high-volume, high-activity driven sales motion, based on effective outbound prospecting strategies. You will continuously motivate the team and promote the sharing of best practices. This role will be measured against the agreed company sales targets and goals.
Responsibilities
Individual and Team Performance: Ensure you and the team reach revenue goals each month/quarter and year whilst maintaining high standards of integrity and business ethics. Work with the team on upselling and cross-selling across our ISC2 portfolio. Be a self-starter who provides creative solutions to business issues.
Team Management: Oversee the Inside Sales team as a Player/Coach on a daily basis. Hire and develop team members and manage any open positions effectively. Develop a high performing and motivated team.
Sales Skills & Coaching: Launch and run a year-round sales training program with the team to continuously improve sales skills. The training program should include formats such as role plays, centered around prospecting, discovery and objection handling.
Sales Playbook: Create an Inside Sales Playbook, which includes Objection Handling, Battle Cards, Opening Statement and Needs Analysis/Discovery questions.
Pipeline Excellence: Coach the team on pipeline management and review key metrics for each individual such as Average Order Value (AOV), Average Deal Cycle (ADC) and Conversion Rates to develop sales progress.
Reporting: Accurately forecast on a monthly/quarterly basis. Report financial results and review of the Inside Sales motion.
Sales Enablement: Work cross-functionally to identify and remove roadblocks for the Inside Sales team, with the aim of decreasing average deal cycles and closing more deals.
Marketing collaboration: Work with our Marketing team to come up with fresh ideas for B2C campaigns. Share trends and customer feedback with Marketing to ensure messaging resonates with key audiences.

Qualifications
Preferred to have experience in one or more of the following career fields; IT, information security, training, education, or certification.
High proficiency using Salesforce as CRM and promote a data-driven sales culture within the team. Pipeline and Sales conversations need to be captured in Salesforce, 100% of the time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professionalism with a high degree of business savvy and strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen.
Excellent written and oral/presentation skills with the ability to develop and conduct effective presentations.
Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, additional experinece will be considered in lieu.
Minimum of 4 years of Inside Sales experience, with a strong track record of selling to B2C markets.
Experience of coaching, training or mentoring employees/team members.
Physical and Mental Demands
Work extended hours when necessary
Up to 20% travel may be required
Work in an office environment using dual monitor computer screens
Sitting or standing for extended periods
