Job Responsibilities:
Building relationships and communicating with customers by providing excellent customer serviceAccurately entering customer info and performing sales flow activities in the CRM system Exploring opportunities through networking with existing customers (but no cold calls)Pursue opportunities and inquiries received from our website, trade shows, etc.Contacting customers and preparing forecasts for production planningDaily interaction/collaboration with sales team, engineering, manufacturing, QA, & logisticsPerform export compliance research and screenings as neededMaster product information through training and personal effortsPreparing sales reports for management Grow company's LinkedIn presence

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITYPay Rate: $65,000-$75,000 base salary (DOE)plus generous profit sharing and company-funded SEP IRA contributionWork is conducted primarily onsite in KirklandOccasional visits to customer offices, factories, and project sites, and travel to trade shows may be requested but not required.Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of sales experience with industrial products or for a manufacturer with multiple products.Ability to learn, understand, and explain our sensor technology and products with confidence.Strong relationship-building skills and comfortable with routine customer engagement.Professional, clear, and confident communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and CRM software.Understanding of ISO9001 requirements.Familiarity with the industrial sector is advantageous.College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
