The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities relating to Industry – Other (Dealers/Distributors, Universities, Govt. orgs etc) within Turkiye, in order to achieve substantial sales growth, across all of the Hach portfolio.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Responding to e-mail / phone enquiries

Accurately maintaining CRM system – Salesforce

Progressing existing opportunities along the sales stages

Contact new + existing customers to generate sales

Hybrid Role – 3 days Ankara or Istanbul Office + 2 days home

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree required (preference for Environment/Chemistry related)

Sales driven mindset with sales and cold calling skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in CRM systems

Business English language requirement

İç Satış Temsilcisi, Hach portföyünün tamamında önemli satış büyümesi elde etmek amacıyla Türkiye'deki endüstri müşterileri, bayiler, üniversiteler, devlet kurumları vb. ile ilgili tüm satış faaliyetlerinden sorumludur.

Bu rolde, tipik bir gün şöyle görünecektir:

• E-posta/telefon sorularına yanıt verme

• CRM sistemini doğru bir şekilde kullanma - Salesforce

• Mevcut projeleri satış aşamalarını ilerletme

• Satış oluşturmak için yeni + mevcut müşterilerle iletişim kurma

• Hibrit çalışma - 3 gün Ankara veya İstanbul Ofisi + 2 gün ev

İşin temel gereksinimleri şunlardır:

• Lisans derecesi gereklidir (Çevre/Kimya ile ilgili olması tercih edilir)

• Satış ve soğuk arama becerilerine sahip satış odaklı zihniyet

• Mükemmel iletişim becerileri

• CRM sistemlerinde yeterlilik

• İş İngilizcesi
