The Inside Sales Representative isresponsible for taking a pro-active approach to sales by developingexisting accounts and effectively managing their sales territory throughrelationship building and meeting the external customer\'s needs. Thekey focus is to grow an expansive portfolio of established customersacross the United States. This position reports to the Inside SalesSupervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts sales callsvia phone or in-person to develop and grow relationships with customersin order to achieve channel sales goals and program goals. Providescustomers with program information, important updates, and guidance forgrowing their business. Assists customers with pricing and availability,order processing, and order status. Resolves issues by working with thecustomer, territory sales team, and/or any pertinent internaldepartments. Uses in-depth knowledge of product application to assistcustomers in selecting product for their business. Provides customerswith product details features, benefits, competitive comparison. Assistswith the promotion of new product launches. Guides customers to utilizetools available to confirm correct product. Onboarding of new partnersand participation in channel programs Introduces customers to theGenerac program and trains them to use Generac web portals. Reviewsresources and tools available for our partners to assist in theirsuccess. Promotes channel programs and benefits of participating inthese program.
