In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Work closely with outside sales to achieve the financial targets.

　　Generate quote upon RFQ and submit the quote back to the customer.

　　Ensure one day turnaround on quotation request and ensure accuracy (1-1-x ; 1 day quote)

　　Seek agreement with customer on technical details and participate TBE meeting.

　　Follow up on quotations to work with outside sales for guidance on pricing, negotiations, and other customer specific details.

　　Receive purchase orders, screen the order for technical and commercial feasibility.

　　Ensure 1day turnaround for order screening upon receipt of purchase orders. (1-1-x; 1 day order)

　　Cross check with the Interco factories /3rd party supplier and Order Admin to meet the customer delivery request date.

　　Calculate growth profit for order.

　　Update CRM contents in a timely and accurate manner

　　Build good working relations with customers.

　　Support the achievement of Profit and Loss goals.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant degree

　　A good understanding of Hydrodynamics and process automation

　　14years of experiences relevant working experiences.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Software

　　Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

　　Good command of written & spoken English.

　　Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations.

　　Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
