　　WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

　　Troubleshoot remotely and occasionally travel to customer sites.

　　Provide support via phone and email.

　　Approve Quotes

　　Article creation/ Update knowledge articles as needed.

　　Create cases and maintain a first call resolution rate of 80% or higher

　　WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

　　Bachelors Degree in an electronics or mechanical background

　　2 Years experience troubleshooting

　　Responsible and a self-starter

　　Problem solve and handles stressful situations well

　　Lifelong learner

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Good writing skills
