　　Starting pay: $20 per hour with progression up to $22 per hour within the first year of employment.

　　2nd Shift: $0.75 shift differential (3:00pm to 11:30pm)

　　3rd Shift: $1.00 shift differential (11:00pm to 7:30am)

　　Responsibilities

　　Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on injection molding machines.

　　Work with production equipment to maximize run times and insure machines produce quality product.

　　Communicate with others as necessary to keep them informed of maintenance issues and activities.

　　Perform work safely and ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed.

　　Qualifications

　　High school diploma/GED equivalent.

　　Technical experience and mechanical aptitude.

　　Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

　　Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

　　Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation.

　　Willingness to be coached and trained.

　　Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
