  Overview

  We are looking for a senior technical project manager to join the Infrastructure Security Operations area. The role will be involved in a variety of tasks that requires management of the Infrastructure Security, deployment of security products, installs operation teams, and interaction with client organizations. You will need a solid understanding of infrastructure and leading IT technologies. This role also requires the ability to troubleshoot issues and to mentor and develop staff when required.

  Your Key Responsibilities:

  Responsible for project planning and execution. Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed upon schedule, budget, and quality constraints

  Implement a functional PMO approach to manage project risk. Ensures all projects adheres to the Bank's PMO policies and procedures, and other compliance processes where applicable

  Accountable for addressing external and cross team internal dependencies, mitigation, and resolution of project level risks and issues. Identifies and manages dependencies. Escalates to program owner and executive sponsors as necessary

  Acts as the communications conduit to program owner, sponsors, and steering committee by conducting periodic briefings/status updates as well as providing support and guidance for general communications to key stakeholders

  Builds and maintains a comprehensive project plan and schedule with project schedule rollups. Produces weekly status along with deliverable metrics. Continuously monitors plan focusing on activities and milestones at risk. Provides proactive communication of project risks

  Data analysis on specific requirements for technology projects. Notify project sponsor and steering committee of upcoming due dates and emerging issues. Creates status reports, dashboards, milestone reviews, and ad hoc reports

  Your Skills and Experience:

  Degree or equivalent industry experience

  Solid understanding and working experience of infrastructure and leading IT technologies

  Excellent communications skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, and documentation skills (sharepoint, wiki)

  Strong managerial skills, self-motivated, and willing to work long hours and weekends when required

  How You'll Lead:

  Motivated and experience working with an enterprise - wide, medium to large scale implementation

  Relevant knowledge Cause Analysis resolution skills, ITIL processes of Incident, Problem, and Change Management

  Previous technical background as Unix Admin (RedHat, OEL, SuSe, Solaris) or Database Admin (SQL) a big plus

  The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
