　　TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer II in Atlanta, GA.

　　This role will design, develop, implement, and analyze mechanical components orwhole elevator systems.

　　ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Designs electrical components and elevator systemsRelies on experience and judgment with limited instructions to plan and accomplish goalsUses computer-assisted engineering and design software and/or other required equipment to perform assignmentsUnderstands and uses the A17.1 elevator code and other related codes or standards as a basis for all designsUtilizes a wide degree of creativity and latitude in performing the essential functions of the roleReads requirements and specifications to fully understand the systems required for the components being usedGenerates designs per the outlined requirements and specificationsEvaluates and produces designs for the manufacturing of hydraulic and traction elevatorsContributes in a team environmentAdheres to all safety procedures and company safety standards while working in the lab and test towerAdheres to the corporate compliance policy and ensures that behavior in the workplace is that of a responsible professionalPerform special projects and other duties as assigned

　　Who we are looking for

　　EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related experienceComprehension of general electrical engineering concepts requiredMust possess strong decision-making abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Possess effective verbal, written and presentation skillsDemonstrated experience in using computer-assisted design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Blue Beam/Adobe WriterDemonstrated experience with the use of computer-assisted engineering tools and general knowledge of test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Probes, MetersPossess the ability to closely follow instructions and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the functions of the job
