Summary You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) in the Naval Supply Systems Command - NAVSUP ofNAVSUP FLC SIG GF . Responsibilities You will serve as the technical authority for INFOSEC security policies and procedures for the various case management systems. You will implement and enforce all DOD information system Information Assurance (IA) program policies and procedures for Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF). You will serves as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) providing computer systems and network infrastructure support to a dynamic environment impacting over 7 geographical locations. You will oversee the operational aspects of networks and systems in various stages of fielding and develops staff proposals for changes, corrections, or upgrades that may be required. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing information security procedures to protect network infrastructure; 2) Overseeing planning of information technology (IT) customer support to address customer concerns and properly respond to inquiries; 3) Analyzing and evaluating Information Assurance (IA) security tools and procedures to provide advice and guidance on implementing IA policy, procedures and systems; and 4) Overseeing systems analysis, computer systems, hardware capabilities, systems operation, and a wide range of telecommunications and computer techniques.
