LinQuest Corporation is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) as an Information Management / Knowledge Management Specialist.
An active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY.
As an Information/Knowledge Management Specialist, you will analyze the USSPACECOM data sharing requirements, provide recommendations, and implement approved solutions to organize, maintain, and share data, information, and knowledge across the staff at all classification levels.
You will:
Evaluate and leverage data analytics outputs to significantly improve knowledge management capabilities to enhance operations
Analyze and provide recommendations for a USSPACECOM Data Governance Structure.
Analyze Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) data analytic products and provide recommendations to improve the Command’s Knowledge Management.
Ensure planning, policy, training, and tool implementation and execution across the command.
Ensure IM/KM policies are compliant with DoD requirements and industry best practices.
Coordinate and manage IM/KM working groups and gather issues for presentation to the IM/KM board.
Design, create, implement, and maintain technical IM/KM solutions.
Analyze the Command’s data/information flow and provide recommendations to improve senior leader decision making. Products to analyze include the USSPACECOM Battle Rhythm, Commander information flow diagram, and lessons learned reports.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 3-10 years of experience (5+ years of relevant experience may be traded for degree requirements).
Experience performing functions such as office management; publications and forms management; or preparing, controlling, and processing written communications to include Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Windows, Task Management Tool
Planning and coordinating the complete life cycle of organizational data and information assets, including enterprise information management, technologies, information security, and knowledge operations.
Experience or knowledge of collaboration/web service applications; information architectures; records management; and knowledge management principles.
Experience performing or supervising knowledge management planning functions such as applying knowledge management principles, solutions, and technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high-tempo, collaborative environment with internal and external customers
You will be expected to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimal guidance
Publications Management and Information Management/Knowledge Management –experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified content
Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges
Compensation
Starting salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.Why LinQuest?
