*Work with children*Age appropriate lesson plans*Diaper changes*Must have patience with children*Communication with parents*Must have at least 9 credits in early childhood education.Responsibilities include the following but not limited to: CPR & 1st aid certified (or willing to obtain)Provide safe and suitable care to all children.Complete a health and safety training before starting the position and continue ongoing professional development online trainings.Develop lesson plans, everyday tasks and responsibilities.Feeding children according to their schedules - Change diapers/clothes when neededMaintain positive relationships with your childs parents, staff member and directorSanitation of the classroom everyday (Highchairs, furniture, toys, and classroom in general) Keeping the room tidy and clean at all times (vacuum, mop, sweep) Implementing lesson plans.Interacting with children at all times Performing sleep checks every 15minutes while Infants are napping Filling out daily reports for all children in your care each day Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain), or working towards an early childhood degree with a minimum of 9 credits
