　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Responsible and Subject Matter Expert of Calypso Treasury Application

　　Responsible to Handle all Client communication and Escalations for this tower

　　Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving

　　Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user / vendor / customer

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A, with Minimum 5-8 years of experience with software development.

　　Experience in Industry.Banking - Core banking SME experience in Calypso

　　Experience in Problem analysis and validation of classification.

　　Experience in Problem analysis and validation of classification.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment

　　Able to Perform root cause analysis on application defects and provide solution for remediation.
