　　Manages industrial projects covering assembly line optimization and redefinition, new product introduction, make or buy, localization, and offshoring initiatives. Acts as link between the engineering and the production, considering economic factors and compliance with company guidelines.

　　Essential Responsibilities

　　Management of Industrialization Projects to achieve plant targets (safety, production volume, cost, margin, lead time, productivity, leakage)

　　Participates to new product introduction projects, leading the industrial workstream

　　Planning, justification (ROI) and implementation of investment projects

　　Leading make or buy, localization analysis

　　Planning and leading of Lean workshops (Kaizens), including implementation follow-up

　　Focus on standardization, and safe per design (poka yoke, DFMEA/PFMEA)

　　Focus on Supply Chain Model

　　Qualifications/Requirements

　　Ideally Engineer / Bachelor with specialty in Industrial/Production Engineering

　　Familiar with industrial tools, processes. SAP knowledge (MM/PP)

　　High autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to work

　　Good Project Management and problem resolution skills

　　Fluent in German & English
