　　Position Summary:  

　　As a Painter or Prepper, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your painting and prepping skills as you work on a variety of sign and architectural projects. Our most successful Painters have a professional work ethic and comfort adapting to continual change. No two days are alike!

　　Duties & Expectations:

　　Prep items for painting, to include masking, sanding, and applying bondo

　　Learn painting techniques that meet Jones Sign quality standards

　　Paint within a spray booth using HVLP guns

　　Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

　　Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　HVLP experience preferred
