Energetic Teaching Style:Bring positive energy to the workplace and enjoy teaching others new tasks. Five or more years work experience in manufacturing or training others preferred.Coaching and Training:Proven ability to effectively coach and train team members. Certificates or coursework in leadership, training, or prior experience in designing and administering training curriculum preferred.Influence and Motivation:Exhibit the ability to influence and motivate others in perpetuating training initiatives.Training Program Development:Develop, track, and ensure the effectiveness of various training programs, coordinating hands-on training with vendors while ensuring adherence to established programs.New Hire Orientation:Coordinate all aspects of new hire orientation, fostering a positive onboarding experience.Training Class Facilitation:Facilitate effective training classes, utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS).Relationship Management:Maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.Education/Certifications:Candidates with a strong track record in learning and development, including participation in relevant seminars and outstanding classroom experiences, will be highly valued. Superior grades and achievements will be given significant consideration.Other Certifications for Consideration: Any advanced training or certification in Instructional Design, especially with credentials from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) such as APTD or CPTD.Minimum Qualifications:
Must exhibit prior experience in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.Must exhibit a high school degree or equivalency (GED).Must exhibit a valid state issued driver's license.
