IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR ENTRY LEVEL INDUSTRIAL MACHINE OPERATORS

　　PAY RATE - $22.90/HR

　　(Some Manufacturing or Production Experience Required)

　　Location - West Linn, OR

　　Job Description:

　　They produce large quantities of different paper products like coated and uncoated blank paper rolls and envelopes used by printing companies.

　　Right now they need entry-level machine operators to join their team.

　　Operators will learn how to monitor and operate various large industrial cutting, rolling, coating, and sealing machines

　　They will start in the department closest to the finished product and as they improve, they will learn machines located closer to the raw material

　　Skills:

　　Machine operating/Operation

　　General labor

　　Production

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Prolonged periods of working on feet standing and walking.

　　Climb stairs and ladders.

　　Must be able to push up to 50 lbs.

　　Some manufacturing experience required.

　　Must be flexible on shift/working hours, including OT and night shift.

　　Experience Level:

　　Entry Level

　　Shift:

　　All operating positions work a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule.

　　An example of this schedule would be three (3) 12 hr. days, rotating to two (2) 12 hr. nights, followed by five days off. This rotating schedule covers 28 days (14 days off, for 14 days worked each month) and all employees get two weekends off a month.

　　Pay Rate:

　　Competitive starting wage of $22.9/hr.

　　Overtime rates apply ($34.35) for hours worked over 10 hours in a workday, or after 40 hours a week, whichever is greater. After 90 days of employment, you are eligible for a wage increase to $24.06/hr.
