  About Role

  As an Indirect Purchasing Associate – P2P in our new APAC Global Business Services Centre (GBS) , you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving compliance and setting the standard for accuracy and governance. The Gatekeeper role will support the Purchasing Support Team Leader delivering excellence by providing quality support to our stakeholders, whilst ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, compliance and company purchasing guidance.

  Your key responsibilities will include:

  Purchasing support in line with the Purchasing Policy supporting the business obtaining 3 competitive vendor quotes (less than 100K) when required

  Support the development and maintenance of Catalogues, in line with supplier contracts

  Understand all policies and procedures of the P2P area

  Understand the E2E purchase process (requisitions, PO´s, Invoice reconciliations, contracts)

  Understanding of automation to automate the repetitive tasks

  Process knowledge and improvements

  Engaging with Procurement (large value – more than 100K)

  Global controls for Vendor Changes (e.g. – bank account verification) Compliance to company´s policies and procedures

  Working with stakeholders to improve PR/PO accuracy

  Recommendation of using Preferred Supplier

  Ensuring new vendor requests are accurate and are challenged in line with the PSL

  Ensure Customer Satisfaction (KPI/survey)

  Support Master Data Management on the cleansing of vendor (indirect)

  In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders such as the Global Procurement, Business Stakeholders, suppliers and Finance Department across the business including our other GBS teams in Lisbon and Bogota, CoE’s as well as our Corporate, Commercial and Market teams.

  Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

  You will be joining a newly formed Global Business Services team, with opportunities to grow, within PTP or wider finance functions.

  About You

  To be successful you will have:

  A minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience

  Experience working on SAP is valuable

  Excel knowledge

  Problem solving mindset

  Good communication skills

  Attention to details

  Customer driven and constructive

  Knowledge of Purchasing and Catalogue maintenance knowledge

  Previous experience on a Shared Services environment (not mandatory)

  A customer-first mindset to fit with our “forever caring” brand

  Language

  Good written and spoken English is essential

  A proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean and/or Thai as well as other Asian languages will be an advantage
