Cross-functional support and alignment with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) will be critical.This role reports within the Global Corporate Procurement team. You would be leading the category strategy for Contingent Workforce Management, Employee Benefits & HR Services in partnership with business teams throughout KLA. This includes working with the teams to define and implement strategies supporting business priorities across a category's complete life cycle. This will require leading a preferred supplier base (handling new emerging and existing legacy non-directional categories) and assisting and driving standards of excellence where warranted.The lead will build cross-functional teams to address key contract renewals aligned with category metrics to resolve opportunities to improve value, maintain service while driving time frames aligned with various businesses and support groups. Key leadership traits required include influencing and forming positive relationships with business leaders and operational excellence in running multiple complex priorities simultaneously. The Category Lead is an experienced practitioner in creating environments and has a strong bias for decision-making rooted in Sourcing, data, and analytics. A Category Lead will be an industry subject matter authority in Employee Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Management, and HR administration.
