ResponsibilitiesManage assigned staff to meet and exceed department goals. Manage the Indirect Department's operational and marketing functions. Responsibilities to include piloting new programs, reviewing and processing applications, review and input dealer agreements; System Admin for Indirect loan origination system and multiple other programs and interfaces, maintain/upgrade computer software systems/programs utilized within the department; training department personnel in bank policy, computer software, Indirect products, programs and procedures; organize Department functions and scheduling.
Essential Responsibilities:
Indirect Department Operational Functions:
Communicate with Senior Management for department goals/budgeting/business growthProvide Indirect support to Retail Loan Manager and Director of Consumer LendingAct as intermediary to staff, Business Development Officers and dealershipsHandle marketing programs, system rate changes, order seasonal promotional itemsResponsible for dealership communications, including product and program enhancementsDevelop plans to increase the process of Indirect productions volumesAssist in maintaining or initiate re-negotiating vendor contractsHandle complaints/issues on retail loan products and Out of Country requestsResponsible for compliance with policies, LOS system and HR requirementsAssist/respond to department auditsProduce and distribute reportsAssist in special projects, pilot programs and maintain spot programsOversee Reserve statement processingTraining: create new procedures and coordinate staff meetings and trainingsManage Indirect Employees as assigned
Interview for job postings, release staff as needed, initiate staff for salary adjustmentsPrepare annual reviews, oversee employee incentive programs and spot awardsSystem Administrator back up responsibilities
Indirect loan origination system; on call to address system issues during extended hours, Saturdays and staffed HolidaysRoute One, Dealer Track, Lexis Nexis, CCMC NAS, etc.Approve staff timecards and maintain departments PTO schedules; approve temp time cards from outside agenciesBusiness Online-internal department functionsTest, coordinate installations, create procedures and train staff on system upgrades and interfaces
QualificationsEducation, Training and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate's Degree preferredSkills:
Management experience with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environmentInterpersonal skillsStrong computer and typing skills with proficient Microsoft Word and Excel functions pertinent to job dutiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency and humility Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years' experience, with at least two (2) years' in lending and/or loan operationsMeridianLink/TCI system knowledge preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30; some nights and weekends may be required
