Support involves day-to-day interactions with internal partiessuch as legal, contracting, NEPA, and communications, as well asexternal communication with project recipients and National Laboratories. Willprovide programmatic planning and logistic support requiring attention todetail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. The idealcandidate would have excellent communication, organization, and analyticalskills. In addition, they will have project management experience andinterest in working with American Indian Tribes and Alaska Natives to maximizethe value of their energy resources through fuel-neutral energy solutions.Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or related field5+ years of experienceWorking knowledge of and experience working with renewable and conventionalenergy technologiesProject management skills, including experience managing scopes,schedules, and budgets.Professional attitudeStrong attention to detailHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint, AccessExcellent communication skills, verbal and written.Self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as part of ahighly dynamic collaborative team.Ability to balance multiple long and short-term projects and competingpriorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Preferred Skills:Experience working with American Indian Tribes, Alaska Natives, or otherindigenous people.Project management experience, PMP certification.Experience with federal government contracting.Benefits:Boston Government Services offers a competitive total compensation package.Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PaidVacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability.Starting compensation for this role typically salary ranges between$70,000 and $90,000 annually is commensurate with experience relativeto the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.EEO:Boston Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Actionemployer.
