About Independent Living Advocate/Transition Coordinator

　　[Freedom Resource Center for Independent Living NOW HIRING in Fargo, ND FT with benefits.Independent Living Advocate/Transition Coordinator duties will be to assist individuals transitioning into their own home in the community of their choice, provide advocacy for people with disabilities, information and referral, along with outreach. Candidates should have knowledge with community-based services and disability related issues. Strong communication skills essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in social work or related human service field preferred. Physical requirements-sedentary position with occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
