We are looking for a licensed registered professional nurse to supervise the provision of personal care tasks for clients determined to be medically frail or medically compromised in addition to completing the initial service plan for such clients.  The licensed registered professional nurse shall also make periodic visits to ensure client needs are being met and observe Caregivers. Additional requirements include: * Home Health experience a must * Supervisory experience a plus * Minimum of 2 years nursing experience * Flexible hours, shifts, short-term, long-term * Pay rate – Per visit * Work independently with your community * We are looking for compassionate, caring nurses
