Develop and design comprehensive automation architectures for various industrial applications.

Define the structure, components, and protocols of automation systems, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems.

Identify and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for automation solutions.

System Integration:

Collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with other business systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and IT infrastructure).

Develop and validate communication protocols and ensure compatibility with hardware and software components.

Requirements Analysis:

Work with project managers and stakeholders to gather system requirements and understand business needs.

Define functional and technical specifications for automation systems based on requirements analysis.

Design Documentation:

Create detailed design documents, system architectures, and flow diagrams for automation projects.

Develop user manuals, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures for automation systems.

Testing and Validation:

Lead the testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure that they meet functional and performance requirements.

Troubleshoot issues during the design, development, and testing phases.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve automation systems by researching emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Provide recommendations for system upgrades, optimizations, and improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.

Provide technical support and training to other engineering teams and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Experience with One Automation architecture and design Designing and developing automation systems, ensuring their efficiency and reliability, and providing technical expertise in the automation field

HS Diploma / GED
