The ideal candidate will have geospatial experience and a working knowledge of geospatial software and data, software implementation knowledge, JSON understanding, and will know how to work with end-users to craft efficient and focused mobile applications. This position will support high profile client projects and work as part of a Locana project team.Our team members work remotely from a home office with potential for travel to client sites up to 25%.Here are the skills and experience we are looking for:Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and associated software to manage, display, and analyze spatial informationKnowledge of ArcGIS desktop and ArcGIS Pro projects and feature servicesExperience working in a consulting environment to interface directly with customers to refine requirementsWorking with the project lead to assess current business and system processes and support definition of solutions, improvement plans, and change management approachesUsing JSON to configure mobile functionalityGo-Live and Post Delivery Client supportBS in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related discipline5-7 years of GIS industry experienceThis position requires excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
