　　How you will make an impact

　　Head all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines

　　Act as a company representative in upholding quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

　　Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations

　　Accurately process bankruptcy filings when received

　　Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment

　　Ensure the processing of payments

　　Catalog all customer payments to the correct reports

　　Oversee and update customer files to ensure data consistency

　　Manage inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence Requirements - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

　　Be able to effectively analyze and make decisions on customer accounts

　　Previous experience using accounting software

　　3+ years of prior high volume collections experience

　　Solid understanding of B2B collections

　　Research Analysis experience preferred

　　Proficiency in Collections management

　　Commercial collections experience
