Kforce has a client that is seeking an Implementation Project Manager in Chicago, IL.Responsibilities:

　　Implementation Project Manager will lead and manage the ongoing FABS implementation (Flight Attendant Bidding System) project

　　Oversee the significant integration project with an external vendor, ensuring timely and efficient delivery

　　Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, fostering strong relationships and effective communication

　　Operate independently, demonstrating initiative and leadership in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources

　　As an Implementation Project Manager, you will ensure project milestones are met and align with the overall strategic goals of the organization

　　Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems

　　Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

　　Proven experience as a Project Manager, with extensive experience in technology implementation and systems integration

　　Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

　　Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions

　　Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and handle external vendors effectively

　　Familiarity with the Flight Attendant Bidding System (Fabs) or similar systems is a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
