Job Description

　　As "IMDS Coordinator Material," you are responsible for executing, coordinating, and supporting the IMDS activities in the whole Business Area.

　　Your main tasks are:

　　IMDS process ownership for in-house IMDS;Define, establish and support a standardized process for the creation, validation, and submission of IMDS;Create and establish documents to give guidance (e.g. how-to, guideline, handbook, checklist, etc.);Manage incoming IMDS requests and adhere to customer timeline;Evaluate in-house IMDS submissions, and follow up with internal departments to submit the correct IMDS;Manage the creation, validation, and submission of IMDS reports and understand each customer's unique requirements;Analyze IMDS data and determine if they are acceptable under the current IMDS criteria; manage corrective action with support from material experts;Training of IMDS users;Define, establish and continuously improve the tools and methods to execute the IMDS process with a focus on efficiency and quality (e.g. digital tools, usage of Artificial Intelligence, etc.).Additional Information

　　Qualifications

　　We are looking for:

　　Technical education (e.g. M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., Ing., Dr.);Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry;Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D or Quality;Advanced knowledge of the IMDS systemKnowhow of automotive-specific rules and standards, in particular, IATF16949 CSR, REACH, Directive on End-of-Life Vehicle;Fluent English language skills;Independent working ability and assertiveness;Communication and moderation skills;Organizational skills;Project management skills.Company Description
