  Chemours is seeking an Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) Manager to join our growing Human Resources team! This position will report directly to the Talent & Culture Director at our Wilmington, DE location. Remote candidates with ability to travel will be considered.

  This leadership position is integral to advancing our vision of making Chemours’ the greatest place to work where each person performs their best. This role serves as a consultant, trusted advisor and strategic ally to our businesses and HR leaders, working with the businesses to further integrate ID&E principles into our organizational culture to foster growth and elevate performance. The ID&E Manager will be responsible for fostering and executing employee engagement initiatives that are centered around ID&E values. Working in tandem with leadership and individuals across the organization, this role will be influential in guiding Chemours toward a strengthened commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equity.

  The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  Develops the global ID&E strategy and collaborates with the business units to translate the strategy into practical application.

  Partners with colleagues throughout the organization to assess needs and efforts on diversity and cultural inclusion programs, establish best practices and identify approaches to overcome obstacles.

  Develops and maintains metrics, generating regular reports to gauge the impact of initiatives on organizational objectives and communicates progress routinely with senior management.

  Serves as ID&E subject matter expert; maintaining understanding of current industry trends and best practices in the field of ID&E and employee experiences and cultivating internal and external relationships to understand needs and explore/recommend best practices.

  Engages and energizes stakeholders and leaders at all levels to promote understanding, secure commitment, and catalyze action.

  Cultivates and oversees relationships with third-party service providers.

  The following is required for this role:

  Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources / ID&E.

  5+ years of experience with planning, designing, promoting, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  Demonstrated knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and the use of data management tools to illustrate impact and progress.

  Ability to communicate with impact.

  Capacity to influence senior leaders.

  Proven ability to lead change management for large-scale initiatives.

  Robust skills in project and program management.

  Pay Range (in local currency):

  $120,064.00 - $187,600.00

  Chemours Level:

  27

  Annual Bonus Target:

  14%

Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
