　　I&C Software Engineer - 12-18 Month Contract / Potential Contract to Hire

　　WECTEC Staffing / Westinghouse has an exciting opportunity for an I&C Software Engineer with solid electrical skills/aptitude. This is a 12-18-month contract role with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position.Position will be a hybrid role, based out of Cranberry Township, PA.If you are looking to begin or grow your career in software engineering, this opportunity is for you!

　　What your day-to-day looks like:

　　Support engineering team for the creation of software, drawings, and design/technical specifications forthe eVinci Microreactor.Provide input to engineering calculations in support of design and analysis.Support supplier and/or manufacturing operations with technical issue resolution.Support test document creation and test execution.

　　What we need to see from you:

　　A bachelor's degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline is required, along with a minimum of 0-2 years of engineering experience. 2023 - 2024 New Graduate Engineers encouraged to apply.Knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis/design desired.Knowledge of C++, Matlab, and other programming language desiredKnowledge of lab equipment use (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)AutoCAD knowledge is a plusStrong organizational, planning skills, and attention to detail.Strong technical writing ability.Highly motivated, self-starter.
