Maintenance TechnicianSUMMARY Assist in the day-to-day facility upkeep, includingmanufacturing/distribution equipment repair and preventative maintenanceto assure the facility and equipment are maintained in top condition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Assist withday-to-day facility upkeep and manufacturing/distribution equipmentrepair and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuildmechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronicequipment. Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes toimprove performance of equipment. Assist with the development andmaintenance of SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program. Coordinateand communicate with cross-functional people regarding maintenanceprojects and requests. Maintain and repair office furniture andequipment. Assist with general facility maintenance including snowremoval, sidewalk maintenance, and lighting replacement.
