Internship description

　　To support us in monitoring and developing our HACCP approach, we are looking for a Hygiene/Quality intern for a 6-month period:

　　-Ensure compliance with Good Hygiene Practices and the strict application of the Sanitary Control Plan (SCP).

　　-Ensure the effective implementation of our quality policy within the hotel's kitchens by raising staff awareness of the HACCP standards defined in our procedures on a daily basis.

　　-Organize and deliver staff training courses (kitchen, restaurant, banquets, room service, breakfasts).

　　-Take temperature readings

　　-Create an efficient and relevant document management system (centralize all recordings, analysis results, etc.).

　　-Set up an information monitoring system to keep abreast of legal and regulatory provisions concerning food hygiene standards applicable in the hotel-restaurant sector.

　　-Carry out internal hygiene and structural audits (create audit grid and exploit results).

　　-Manage kitchen invoices

　　-All tasks related to the trainee's training.

　　What are we looking for?

　　You are attending a hotel management school and are aware of the need to comply with hygiene standards in an establishment, or you are following a course in hygiene and food safety.
