Company Description:

　　We are a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high quality hydraulic system components. Products include hydraulic power units incorporating electronic control, integrated valves systems, cylinders, motors, and pumps.

　　Position Description:

　　We are offering a great opportunity to join our skilled product management team. This position requires a deep understanding of work-in-progress (WIP) down to the component tracking, work staging, and time management of production schedules.

　　Job Duties:

　　· Read internal excel document to retrieve daily work order list

　　· Print picking ticket BOM-Bill of Materials, for sub components to verify all parts are on-hand

　　· Stage BOM into materials containers and trays to be held for scheduled assembly work cells

　　· Work with advanced MRP Material Replenishment Planning Supervisor for fulfillment dates

　　· Update vendor order fulfillment confirmation and update MRP delivery estimates in our system

　　· Identify shortages for work orders in advance

　　· Confirm solution options by working with our applications team and vendor technical assistance

　　· Expediting orders that fall outside of scheduled delivery planning

　　· Document expedite request and follow up with changes that effect our schedule

　　· Work with Sales team to communicate delays, expedites, or change order cost

　　· Inspect products received from vendor on daily shipments for quantity confirmation

　　· Data entry for daily delivery with packing lists to update on-hand parts

　　· Communicating with vendors for damages or quantity discrepancies

　　· Sort newly received items to their designated locations for future needs

　　· Invoices line-item components for daily shipments going to customers

　　· Upload tracking details to invoice documents and scheduling logistics communication to destination warehouse

　　· Keep track of return receipt from customers to vendor or internal warranties documentation to track warranty steps

　　Shift and Pay:

　　· 9:00AM- 5:30PM

　　· Monday-Friday (Some Saturday’s required)

　　· $19-$20/hr

　　· (Must be okay working OT when required)

　　Position Requirements:

　　· Shipping and Receiving experience

　　· Microsoft Office experience

　　· Communication skills

　　· Ability to lift 50+lbs

　　· MUST HAVE STEEL TOES
