　　Randstad has an exciting opportunity currently available in the Tampa, Florida area! One of our clients, a well-known Healthcare Services company, is looking for Administrative/Customer Service Clerks to join this team. This position is in Tampa, Florida. Interested candidates must be comfortable commuting to Tampa and working onsite.

　　salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　A combination of data entry, scanning and call center duties

　　Calling members to complete health assessments over the phone

　　When forms are mailed backed they are scanned and checked for completeness and make follow up calls to the members as necessary

　　Typically completing 20 forms/day over the phone

　　The health assessments have 36 questions and take about 8 minutes to complete

　　Primarily dealing with Medicaid members with chronic issues
