　　The HVAC/Environmental Control Unit Field Technician is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the PATRIOT Environmental Control cooling Unit on the Engagement Control Station (ECS), Information and Coordination Center (ICC), Communications Relay Group (CRG), and Battery/Battalion Maintenance Center (BMC). The Field Technician will utilize the UAE Central Maintenance Facility test equipment for the repair and maintenance of the environmental control units that are evacuated to the CMF. The HVAC/Environmental Control Unit Technician provides technical assistance when requested by the Patriot Fire Unit and Battalion, and assists with any equipment exchanges. The technician will support the testing, operation and repair of all Environmental Control Units. The technician may also support the testing, operation and repair of commercial off the shelf (COTS) Environmental Control Units. The technician will interface with equipment manufacturer for follow on support, on a required basis. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

　　Required Skills: A minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on knowledge and experience operating, maintaining, sustaining, and debugging of HVAC/Environmental Control Units. HVAC Certification. Must be able to work in extreme desert heat environments and lift 50 pounds.

　　Desired Skills: Prior assignment in a Middle Eastern Country.

　　Required Education: Bachelor or Associate degree in engineering or Applied Science from an accredited university or High School graduate with equivalent work experience in the basis of two (2) years experience for each year of education

　　Typically requires:

　　A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

　　Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

　　The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
