HVAC Technician - Temporary

　　Full Time | Day Shift working 8-4:30 pm

　　* Pay rate between $ 27-27.58 /hour * (based on experience)

　　What will I do as an HVAC Technician for The Wesley Community?

　　Perform HVAC repairs and installations in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Maintenance and or the Senior Maintenance Technician, to assure the performance of the tasks required to maintain the condition of the facility and equipment in good repair and functioning properly, reliably, and safely. The HVAC Technician will also perform standard work orders as requested.

　　Electrician Requirements :

　　High School graduation or equivalency, required.

　　Technical training in associated field, preferred.

　　Five years' experience in related field, preferred.

　　Experience with commercial Boiler and Heat Pump Applications and repair

　　Should possess reasonable mechanical technician aptitude/proficiency and electrical knowledge.
