　　Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.Perform routine preventative maintenance.Communicate effectively and display a professional manner when dealing with supervisors, co-workers, and clients inside and outside the organization.Work effectively as a team member, participating actively and constructively.Perform all duties in a safe manner by following OHSA & Company safety procedures for operating equipment and handling hazardous substances.Must be willing to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as well as emergencies.Required Qualifications:

　　Valid Driver's License and auto insuranceStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills.5+ years of relative experienceHVAC/ EPA CertificationsHave excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and an ability to manage multiple priorities/ tasks Experienced in bidding and managing small to medium sized projects independently Conscientious, self-motivated, good attitude and a team player.High school diploma or equivalent educationConscientious, self-motivated, good attitude and a team playerExperienced in bidding and managing small to medium sized projects independently.Must pass a Drug and Background screenings.Pay Rate: *Depending on experience.*Schedule: 1^st^ Shift Schedule, Monday through Friday.Work Location: In person
