　　Any applicant must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnoseand repair various commercial HVAC systems including low temp and ultra-lowtemp freezers, environmental growth chambers, fume hoods, hydronicheating, steam humidifiers and various other equipment common to centralutility plants, office spaces and laboratory settings. Chiller operationalexperience desired. Building Management Systems and DDC experience a plus.Much of the day will be spent performing preventive maintenance tasks andcompleting work requests for building occupants. Must be a self-starter and beable to work alone. Superior customer service skills are a must.Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the PositionUtilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and structurallayout.
