The McClure Company is searching for an HVAC Service Technician. This position will perform a variety of service related duties.  Diagnose and Troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including RTUs, boilers and chillers. Perform approved repairs. Build rapport with customers for ongoing maintenance accounts.

HVAC Service TechnicianEssential Functions:

Perform periodic HVAC maintenance on a variety of equipmentTroubleshoot wiring, relay logic, control systemsConduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating malfunctions within a facility;Facilitate adequate communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customersDemonstrate good leadership and communications to allProvide quality customer service and follow-up to customers as neededInterface with customers all levels and coordinate the status of upcoming projectsOther duties as assignedHVAC Service Technician experience, technical skills attributes required:

5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC field experienceUnderstanding of Building Management systemsAbility to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawingsDesire to work in fast paced, multi-faceted and diverse roleAbility to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with various departments of the companyStrong customer advocacyGood organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilityDetail oriented with the ability to multi-taskEnergetic with a high sense of urgencyAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPosition is full-time Monday - Friday
