　　RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

　　Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems

　　Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

　　Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling

　　Completes appointments in a timely manner

　　Must be able to communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers

　　Must be able to work independently without much supervision

　　Maintains vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) and escalates vehicle service maintenance needs in a timely manner to optimize vehicle's safety, performance, and longevity

　　QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

　　1+ years of experience servicing residential HVAC systems desired

　　Experience servicing Lennox and Amana equipment a plus

　　Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently

　　Must have great attention to detail

　　Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis

　　Provide exceptional customer service to our customers on a daily basis

　　Mechanical aptitude

　　EPA & NATE certified strongly preferred

　　Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record

　　Must be authorized to work in the United States

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

　　Ability to obtain and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C driver's license

　　Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders

　　Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 75 lbs

　　Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

　　Ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes

　　Ability to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)
