Seeking full-time Heating & Air Conditioning Technician.

　　Salary - Between $35,000. and $60,000.

　　Requirements:

　　Must be proficient with Gas, propane and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal, ductless systems, commercial rooftop equipment and zoningMinimum 2 year's experienceMust be able to inspect and perform heating and air conditioning maintenance and repairsMust be EPA refrigeration certifiedMust have a valid drivers licenceMust have a clean driving recordMust be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees and suppliersMust maintain a clean, neat appearanceMust be organized and efficient while working through daily scheduleMust be able to complete repair orders for each customer and submit to office in a timely mannerMust maintain an organized company vehicleMust be able to participate in evening, weekend and holiday on-call scheduleMust be willing to participate in further technical training / instructionMust be able to work independently and as a team memberOpportunity for advancementMust pass a pre-hiring drug screening
