　　Manage a team ofHVAC Service Technicians and Plumbers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluationsCoordinate/Schedule manpower with Dispatcher to complete planned maintenance and service callsProvide technical support for HVAC technicians, the Sales team, and the Project EstimatorConduct site visits with technicians for training, job feedback, safety, and general communicationCoordinate maintenance of company fleetReview labor, materials, and notes for all completed Work OrdersReview plans, specifications, submittals, and other documentation for project proposalsHVAC project estimation, project bidding, and proposal generationObtain permits with local cities/governments when neededConduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety guidelinesMonitor job/project progress and review project outcome reports with leadership teamCollaborate with the sales team by providing technical expertise and support for potential and existing customersCultivate and maintain a professional rapport with current and potential customers, employees, and vendorsHVAC Service ManagerDesired Qualifications:
