　　Job Summary:

　　HVAC salesperson will visit existing customers and prospects to assess their HVAC needs and evaluate the existing heating and cooling situation. Post visit will generate a proposal. The candidate will need to be able to coordinate with homeowners, engineers, architects, builders and co-workers.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional with HVAC experience and a proven track record. Successful professionals in this role today are tenacious, critical thinkers, and have strong closing skills. This position offers unlimited income potential, without the micro management. You will be compensated based on performance.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Valid driver’s license

　　Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)

　　Basic computer skills (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD)

　　Ability to climb stairs and ladders

　　Neat, clean, professional appearance

　　Preferred experience:

　　Minimum 3 years Sales and Knowledge in HVAC

　　Understands HVAC Systems and can be the expert in customer’s needs

　　Generate and track change orders during projects

　　Ability to read and understand mechanical and architectural plans

　　Ability to perform manual heat loss/gain analysis

　　Previous experience in these software systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD)

　　Ability to read and understand mechanical and architectural plans.

　　Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
