  Job Description

  The Digital Merchandising Program Manager will drive efforts that support the overall N.com experience. They will work cross-functionally and help to align strategies, develop new features and functionalities, process efficiencies, create transparency across roadmaps, and educate teams on upcoming site and business enhancements . The Program Manager is primarily focused on optimizing performance and trips with the customer by influencing key stakeholders on Digital Merchandising priorities.

  A day in the life…

  Develop and lead the process to intake product priorities across Digital Merchandising

  Drive collaboration across teams and capabilities (Digital Merchandising, Marketing, PdM )

  Create  “size of prize” business cases to drive  prioritization.

  Iterate on current engagement model with Product Management and Analytics to meet deadlines and deliver a unified view.

  Support strategy & innovation  development for Nordstrom Plan of Record and Weekly Marketing Business Reviews

  Partner with key stakeholders on data analysis opportunities and develop an intake process for reporting priorities.

  Offer strategic guidance to both analysts and business teams on how to best leverage our tools and data.

  Provide   education & training (includes materials) to teams on new site features & functionalities.

  Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership, and initiative.

  Organize and communicate complex information in a clear and simple way to drive action.

  Seek new information to learn about areas that will improve team effectiveness.

  View obstacles as opportunities and create simple, sustainable solutions.

  What You’ll Need …

  The Digital Associate Manager is a unique role as it combines multiple functional disciplines and skillsets. The ideal Digital Associate Manager may not have all the necessary experience listed below and may need to learn some aspects of the role quickly. However, the Digital Associate Manager should have extensive command of several of these disciplines when entering the role:

  Experience engaging with internal and external partners.

  Experience scaling e-commerce businesses.

  Experience driving digital to physical outcomes and journeys.

  Qualifications …

  5 years or more digital experience in a role inclusive of strategy and execution

  Strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills with proven delivery of results

  Capable of managing information from different stakeholders and organizing into a streamlined process

  Comfortability working independently (remotely) while also demonstrating strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  Capable of managing information from different stakeholders, organizing into a streamlined process, and influencing outcomes

  Proven time management skills and keen sense of prioritization (or knowing when to ask for help doing so)

  Positive and productive communication skills (written & verbal)

  Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (ability to use formulas, functions & pivot tables)

  Pay Range Details

  The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

  Washington: $92,0000-$155,000

  This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
