Job Description:
The HVAC Controls Service Technician will be trained on the controls and equipment that you will be responsible for integrating/installing, troubleshooting, and servicing on construction sites. Additionally, when systems are being replaced, the Technician will be involved on the install of that new system.
•Technician will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality installations possible in an efficient and timely manner while assuring customer satisfaction
•Responsible for servicing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
•Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of systems
•Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
•Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers
•Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
•Determines parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
•Provides technical support to customers
•Maintains tools and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Universal EPA certification is a plus
Shift & Pay:
Regular day shift hours, 7am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay ranges from $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience
