Human Resources Support- Personnel ActionsJob LocationsUS-OH-WPAFBID2023-7580CategoryAdministrativeTypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewCredence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking Human Resources Support- Personnel Actions in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.ResponsibilitiesWork with multiple AFLCMC personnel offices and functional leads to track and report on execution of manpower processes.Provide CROWS liaison functions to key personnel agencies (e.g. Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Center CROWS representatives, personnel offices and functional leads).Coordinate with CROWS manpower stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation and distribution of personnel.Support and record the planning of manpower allocations across all participating manpower centers.Build manpower planning briefings for working groups, leadership, and other appropriate forums.Assist with manpower planning, tracking, and reporting of hiring and personnel management activities related to CROWS manpower authorizations.Manage manpower authorizations as a key member of a high-impact, fast-paced, high visibility team.Assist with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.Work directly with CROWS staff.QualificationsClearance: Secret or ability to obtain a SecretBA/BS degree and three (3) years relevant experience ornine (9) years of relevant experienceSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources.Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.Prior experience working DoD personnel actions and experience with civilian manpower systems (e.g. GS, AcqDemo).Experience with manpower authorization transfers to and from other locations/unit manning documents.Experience with military assignments (permanent changes of assignment and permanent changes of station).Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, and multi-tasking.Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.Credence Management Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
