About the role:The Human Resources Supervisor will provide a wide range of human resources related services and support to team members across the organization. They will provide consultation in functional areas of human resources including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and more.How you will contribute:

Manage our Payroll, Benefits and HR administrative teamMaintain up to date knowledge of the regulatory requirements across the states our employees reside in and serve as a key resource in administering and maintaining HR policies and procedures.Manage and support our payroll and benefits specialist with the biweekly payroll to ensure accuracy and timely completion, backup when needed.Manage and enhance our employee benefits offeringsCollaborate with employees and management to provide support, training and guidance on various HR-related topics including payroll, benefits, employee relations and compliance related matters while fostering a positive work culture.Drive process improvements within the departmentPartner with management to administer and execute the performance management process including continuous feedback discussions, goal setting, and annual review process.Leverage meaningful business data and analytics to support business decisions by generating, analyzing, and presenting metrics to HR management.Perform additional duties as needed.Qualifications:Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in human resourcesExperience processing or supervising a multi-state payrollPrevious experience in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of payroll and tax laws, HR laws, regulations, and best practicesProficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office, HRIS and payroll systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and integrityEffective problem-solving skills to produce innovative solutions for HR issuesStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience using HRIS and/or ERP systemsMinimal travel may be requiredPreferred

5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or similar roleExperience with ADP HRISExperience with ERP SystemsHR or Payroll Certification
