　　Robert Half is partnering with an established and growing client to hire a Human Resources Project Manager. The Human Resources Project Manager will lead the creation of initiatives that drive an employee-oriented high-performance culture. As a HR Partner you’ll be responsible for the development of processes and reporting metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals as well as acting as talent expert across the organization. This role manages HR projects across the organization and has a deep understanding of our business and people metrics. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Organizational Development and working closely with leadership to understand their needs and create solutions that strengthen the human capital at the Plans.

　　This role requires advanced HR generalist knowledge, business acumen and people skills to support leadership and make meaningful change.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

　　· 6-10 years of progressive HR experience with both large and small companies, with a focus on HR management

　　Keys:

　　· UKG and strong Excel

　　· Someone who likes numbers with a strong reporting background

　　· Creative thinker, analytical and strategic mindset

　　· Confident communicator but team player, no egos

　　· True HR Generalist with compensation budget planning experience

　　· Understanding of change management and change readiness
